Refund Policy for Payments & Subscriptions

Thank you for subscribing to Hello? Caller ID. We value your experience and aim to provide clear and fair refund policies for our users. Please review our refund terms below.

1. Subscription Payments & Renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, 6-month, or 12-month) depending on the selected plan.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment processing is handled by Google Play, Apple App Store, Huawei AppGallery, Stripe, or Paymob, based on your chosen payment method.
  • Note: If you are using Paymob as a payment method, we are no longer using this payment gateway. Some long-time users may still be renewing via Paymob, but no refunds are available if you have used our services at least once.

Billing Cycles & Failed Payments

Our subscription system (Stripe) allows continued access for a limited grace period if a renewal payment fails, in order to prevent immediate interruption of service. Missed payments remain owed and will be charged automatically once the payment method becomes valid again.

For example, if you are subscribed on a weekly plan and your renewal fails, access will continue during the grace period. If two weeks pass before the payment is successfully processed, the charges for both weeks may be collected together.

Managing Subscription Renewal

The only way to stop automatic renewal is to cancel your subscription through the payment and subscription management settings on the website, or by contacting us at [email protected]. You may also cancel through your Google Play or Huawei AppGallery account if your subscription was created through those platforms.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in automatic charges for the applicable billing period.

About MozooTech, LLC (Payment Processor)

Please note that MozooTech, LLC, which appears on the payment page and in billing emails, is the company responsible for handling and integrating the payment processing system on our website. MozooTech, LLC is not responsible for issuing refunds, canceling subscriptions, or providing customer support related to your subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the platform where the subscription was purchased:

Google Play (Android users)

  • Google Play generally does not provide refunds for subscriptions unless required by law.
  • Users can request a refund through Google Play support within a limited timeframe: Google Play Refund Policy.

Apple App Store (iOS users)

  • All refunds for iOS purchases are managed directly by Apple.
  • Users can request a refund through Apple’s support page: Apple Refund Request.

Huawei AppGallery

  • Refunds for purchases made through Huawei AppGallery are subject to Huawei’s policies.
  • Users can apply for a refund via Huawei’s support: Huawei Refund Policy.

Stripe (The website payment gateway)

  • Refunds for payments made via Stripe must be requested within the following timeframes:
    • Weekly subscription: Refund requests must be made within 2 days of purchase.
    • Monthly, 6-month, and 12-month subscriptions: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Users must contact our support team at [email protected] with order details for review.

Paymob

  • We are no longer using Paymob as a payment gateway. Some users who have been with Hello for a long time may still be renewing their subscriptions through Paymob.
  • No refunds are available if you have used our services at least once. Users can cancel their subscriptions anytime through the settings.

3. Premium Features

By subscribing to a premium plan, you will gain access to the following features:

  • Search by name & email: Find unknown numbers and their associated names and emails.
  • No ads: Enjoy an uninterrupted experience with no ads.
  • Unlock more tags, emails & social accounts: Gain access to additional tags, emails, and social media profiles to help identify callers.
  • Who searched my number: See who has searched for your phone number.
  • Enable incognito mode: Browse and search without being detected by other users.
  • View contact location: See the approximate location of a contact.

These features are continually updated to improve your experience, and we may add new premium features from time to time.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow the respective platform’s process.
  • For subscriptions purchased via Stripe, contact our support team with your order details.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • If you use any of our services at least once after payment and subscription, this is considered a non-refundable case. Once you have used the service, you do not have the right to request a refund.
  • Hide Number Service: If you have used the "Hide Number" service to hide a contact from your search results, you cannot request a refund after utilizing this service.
  • Auto-renewal condition: If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, your subscription will be automatically renewed and considered non-refundable.

One-Time Payment (Lifetime Subscription)

  • We offer a one-time payment (Lifetime Subscription) option that allows you to pay once and enjoy lifetime premium access without any renewal.
